Here's how it works: Pick a section of the Dewey Decimal System that has special meaning to you (for example, Renaissance History or Pre-Columbian Art) and make a donation to the Friends of the Briarcliff Manor Public Library, Inc. in honor of your special interest. The Dewey Decimal System can be found below.

Your $5,000 donation will sponsor an entire "hundreds" section (such as all the 900's - Geography and History), while your $1000 donation will sponsor a "tens" section (such as the 940's - European History).

Your gift is tax deductible to the full extent provided by law.

Gifts may not be counted toward both the Naming Opportunity Program and the Dewey Decimal Donor Program. The Friends reserves the right to overlap Dewey Decimal Donor gifts of "hundreds" sections with gifts of "tens" sections.
